What are your shipping/processing times?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. During warmer seasons, your products will most likely ship on Mon-Wed to ensure the shortest amount of time in transit as possible.
All of our shipping is processed domestically through USPS and UPS. Shipping times are dependent on your location, but tend to be around 2-3 business days.

My candle arrived damaged! What do I do?

Oh no! So sorry about that! Although we try our best to get your candles to you in one piece, we understand that accidents happen.
Send us an email at info@clayhousecandles.com with your order number so we can get that figured out for you!

Where can I buy candles in-person?

We're glad you want to see us! If you want to shop Clay House Candles in person, please click the Find Us tab under About Us in our header.
There, you will be able to see our event calendar, along with a map of local retailers in Austin that carry our products.
You can also always buy online with the option to pick up your order in person at our Round Rock warehouse location.

What are your candles made of?

All of our candles are hand made in small batches in Austin, Texas.
Our products are all made using locally sourced parasoy wax and premium fragrance oils.
As well as being locally sourced, all of our products are vegan, phthalate free and prop-65 compliant.

Do you collaborate with brands?
